Full Stack Developer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least four (4) years of working experience with the following: Laravel(PHP - Backend), ReactJS(Frontend), ES6, NodeJS(ExpressJS)
  • Experience in developing web applications using MVC/MVW approach

Junior Software Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least (2) years of working experience with .Net Framework using C#
  • Experience in developing web applications using ASP.Net MVC
  • Experience in developing non-web applications like windows service, console and desktop applications
  • Database experience using MS SQL Server
  • Familiar in client-side frameworks, such as jQuery, KnockoutJS, AngularJS, Kendo UI, Bootstrap, etc.
  • Familiar of the software development life cycle such as Agile or Waterfall

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, coding, and implementing software solutions using modern techniques and programming language

  • Willing to cater general medicine cases
  • Willing to render a minimum of 24 hours per week schedule

  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Filipino. Mandarin speaking an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Telemedical consultations for the patients of Medgate, in conjunction with internal standardized medical guidelines;
  • Management and documentation of patient data with a fully optimized electronic patient record system;
  • High level of communication between the medical specialties with sophisticated internal as well as external referral pattern to ensure process quality of medical consultation;
  • Active promotion of telemedical skills with telemedicine as a new and evolving medical specialty.

Telemedical Assistant

Primary Responsibilities:

  • inform the patient about Medgate services, products and partner clients.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, meeting Medgate standards
  • Does proper triaging of patients
  • Handles member's medical or non Medical concerns
  • Records patient's personal data in the Patient Management System(PMS)
  • Monitor and respond to all messages and callback requests from different touchpoints

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Nursing/Psychology or other Medical Allied Courses(License is not required but an advantage)
  • At least six months work experience in a Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Center/ Customer Service, but not required.
  • Computer literate
  • Must be willing to undergo training (telemedicine program) prior to actual duty
  • Must be willing to work full-time on an 8-hr shifting schedule (24/7 operations)
  • Amenable to work in Makati City

MANAGER FOR CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Administration or related field. Masters in Business Administration an advantage;
  • At least seven (7) years of management experience;
  • Call center management experience, preferably with a focus on client relations;
  • Working experience in the Health Care industry is a plus but not required.

  • Leads and develops a team of Client Relations Managers (CRM) Endeavor to promote Medgate’s significant value by: (a) Continuing client education through training, orientation, participation in Medgate’s partners’ events and distribution of communications materials to recipients assigned to CRM (b) Creating innovative ways to encourage members in experiencing the convenience and dependability of Medgate’s services;
  • Serve Medgate’s shareholders in contributing to the company's sustainable and profitable growth by: (a) Being vigilant in creating a balance between Medgate’s and its partners’ best interests (b) Following client and industry related updates that could potentially affect the company;
