Medgate Philippines, Inc. Patient Code of Conduct

To provide a safe and healthy environment for our patients, and Medgate healthcare workers. All patients and guardians must follow all guidelines as outlined in our code of conduct as follows:

As the patient, I agree to give my full attention to Medgate healthcare workers whenever I am in communication with them.

I acknowledge that by accessing Medgate’s services, I agree to abide by their policies, terms and conditions found on their website:

I agree to be respectful, considerate, and act in a calm manner toward Medgate healthcare workers.

I agree that the continued use of foul language with Medgate healthcare workers is grounds for the termination of the ongoing call.

I agree that acts of tampering or fraud involving Medgate documents such as but not limited to medical certificates, prescriptions, or submitted photos and diagnostic results, are grounds for suspension from accessing Medgate services.

I agree to report changes in my general health condition, symptoms, and allergies for better healthcare. I promise to provide accurate and complete information about present complaints, past illnesses, hospitalizations, medications, and other matters relating to my health.

I agree to follow the agreed-upon treatment plans and appointments provided to me based on my medical condition.

I accept that any appointment time offered to me is the earliest available. I agree that if I miss my scheduled appointment I will be rescheduled for the next available slot, which could possibly be another day.
