Home Remedies for Headache

Your life might be impacted by headaches, which can make daily activities challenging, but you can receive headache relief. Our headaches can have a lot of different causes.   • Naproxen sodium 

There are several home remedies that one can follow to relieve headaches: 

  • Hydrating  

Inadequate fluid intake may cause headaches.  It is recommended to drink at least 6 glasses of water daily. 

  • Have adequate sleep 

Sleep deprivation is detrimental to one’s health and may cause headaches also.  The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night.   

  • Use of Cold compress 

It helps decrease inflammation, slows down nerve conduction and constricts blood vessels, all of which help reduce headaches. 

  • Relaxation therapy 

Yoga is an excellent way to relieve stress and pain. 

  • Exercise 

Studies have found that exercise is more effective in reducing headaches than relaxation techniques.
